Here's the real answer: The tire swing is NOT a tire swing AT ALL. It's a pull string for a shade, the photo was taken from inside a house across the street, hence the smudge/blur on the window. The blur/smudge looks like it's to the left of the dog. LOL!! OMG, this is too funny. I've stared at this crap for a week!!
