    There's no exit 45, only an exit 195. The orange sign say Exit on the top section, and the other section says 45 mph. I'm not saying that's the mind fuck I'm just clearing that up.

    If you try to take the offramp from the non-Exit-Only lane, you're going to have to make one hell of a turn...and I'm not sure the offramp has two lanes.
