Somethings about this picture:
1.) The guy in the back seems calmly relaxed and just hanging out leaning on the wall.
2.) The black guy has no armor and is carrying a AR-15 platform rifle (prob. a sig 5.56mm)
3.) The guy on the left front is armed with a cheap chetch AK-47 (7.62mm) rifle, yet is carrying a shit ton of small mags (9mm to 45 at most)
4.) Dual wield dude, wtf is with the water, and his guns are not the same. His left hand is a Beretta 9FS and the other looks to be a .45. Yet were is his spare ammo.
5.) Standing dude on right is armed with a Ruger Mini-14 Ranch model all-weather chambered for 5.56mm/20rnds (I work for ruger making the reciver and bolt for that gun) yet is also carrying small caliber pistol ammo.
So in general, this is one rag tag half assed group of police. Is that the mindfuck. (however, it is cool to see a gun I made used to stop crime)

Well, I see a Mini-14, an M-4, two AK-47s, a .45 and what appears to be a 9mm.....their police dept. is probably so poor they had to use confiscated weapons I guess....
