This is a police vs. drug dealer combat at a Brazilian Favela. Those are not paintball guns, and the picture isn`t funny at all. The dark skinned guy is a regular brazilian officer that works around this area, that`s why he has no armor on. The others, are "backup" , that`s why all the armor and soffisticated weapons. The only BRIX in the picture, is the backpack the right hand side officer is using, full of color.
