The there's a face of an ugly, fat kid in the pic

Seems no one has spotted it yet. There are 2 separate pictures here. The dividing line is right down the middle of his face. Proof: The orientation of his ears. On the left side, the ear is shown from a slight side angle. On the left, it is as if he is looking straight at you. The only way this could work is of the back of his head was much wider than the front. In fact, the entire face is mismatched when you compare left and right: nostrils/nose, eyes, eyebrows, mouth, hair volume.
